You Can Take a Horse to Water...
If you can't find a job upon graduation from your university, is it the university's fault? Trina Thompson thinks so. The 27-year-old new graduate from Monroe College in New York City's the Bronx, is suing the college because, after four months of looking, she hasn't been able to find a job. Thompson says she wants the $70,000 she paid in tuition fees returned to her, and is taking her case to the Bronx Supreme Court. Thompson graduated with a bachelor's degree in information technology, but says the college hasn't helped her find a job like it promised. The college says her lawsuit is "completely without merit".
