Vancouver First Frog-Friendly City

This Save the Frogs! Day froggy update from Dr. Kerry Kriger, SAVE THE FROGS! Nonprofit Organization, Founder, Executive Director & Chief Ecologist
I am happy to announce that Mayor Gregor Robertson of Vancouver, British Columbia has officially proclaimed April 28, 2009 as Save The Frogs Day in Vancouver. SAVE THE FROGS! would like to declare Vancouver, BC as Canada's "First Frog-Friendly City".

We now have a county as well: Chairman Corey Stewart has officially proclaimed April 28, 2009 as Save The Frogs Day in Prince William County, VA.

So that’s the City of Vancouver, the County of Prince William and the State of Virginia that have recognized Save The Frogs Day in their respective localities. In 2010, we need YOUR city, YOUR county, YOUR state. I’ll be working on the countries…

Happy Save The Frogs Day!

As you may or may not know, Surrey is a suburb of Vancouver, BC; so, I am pleased to be part of Canada's First Frog-Friendly City.
